Inner Conflicts – The Peace Killer

It’s Jenny here sharing joyful living tips with you. Today’s topic is Inner Conflicts.

No matter what kind of inner conflicts you have, or what you are working on to make positive life changes, the bottom line for all of us is to find and maintain peace in our lives.  All turbulence comes from the forces of unsteady waves rushing toward the opposite direction. To have a peaceful mind, we have to get rid of the conflicts that battle inside of us.

If you have any pressing issues right now and don’t feel like your life is moving, you may want to pause and check, look to the inside this time, instead of trying harder with more physical activity. Feeling stuck is always a sign of a Tug of War in the mind.

Discover the Inner Conflicts – The Peace Killer,

by asking the following questions:

  • Do you have CORE VALUES that are NOT being honored while following societal trends?
  • Do you always put on a smile for the world, yet day after day live your life wondering about your integrity without even realizing you are doing it?
  •  Do you have UNMET NEEDS buried deep down in your soul?
  •  Does your gut tell you to move forward, but your brain says NO and resists, which is then followed by an enormous sense of fear in your stomach?
  •  Does part of you want to concentrate on something that matters to you, but the other part keeps putting it on hold  leaving your energy scattered everywhere and accomplishing NOTHING?

EFT tapping connects you to your true self-talk thus providing clarity regarding the inner conflicts in your subconscious mind. These are the inner conflicts that “kill the peace” in your everyday life situations. Without stopping the constant battles from within, your energy is leaked; you cannot focus on what you need to do at the present moment. You end up either going nowhere or everywhere. And you pay the price by staying in that old “comfortable” but really uncomfortable zone.

The key to EFT tapping is to find out the core issues, which I call “the inner stones.” If you find out the right stones for you to hit (to tap), you move quickly to discover the counterpart of the conflicts in your mind. This enables you to remove the “root weeds” and stop your mind turbulence. To find out the right stones – the core issues for you to tap, you need to know how to listen to your true self-talk. That inner talk is the truth regarding who you really are and how you truly feel.

This is always the most challenging piece for beginning EFT tappers. From my experience people who have had successful results with self-tapping, it’s all about listening to the truth, and picking the core issue; the right stone to tap. When you master the method, you will be amazed by the power of EFT and quickly see the results and the progress. I see it happen again and again with every person I help. You can contact me here.

EFT tapping is going mainstream!

As evidenced at the recent EFT Tapping World Summit, EFT tapping is going mainstream, even being practiced by children in some schools. What I’d like to point out here, however, is that learning EFT tapping doesn’t make the changes happen. In the end, it’s your determination, commitment and taking action to DO the tapping that will get you moving.

I had an EFT Q&A call recently in my local area, with graduates from my EFT course.  Now I am planning a free online EFT Introduction call, to support more people like you who don’t live in my local area. I am excited that finally I will get my work online to help more people! I will show you my Four-Step EFT tapping system and how to apply it to deal with life issues in each Universal area. I believe this is the right time for you to get some guidance for tapping. Contact me.

It’s not only about EFT tapping. It’s about the whole human emotion and thought energy system, and how it impacts our daily life.

Also, note we’ll discuss the “true self-talk” further next week.

A joyful day. Till next time,
